Jeff O’Brien - Chairman After completing his traineeship at Australia’s Avondale Golf Club Sydney, Australia, Jeff travelled extensively within Australia establishing himself as one of the country's foremost coaches, as well as spending time in Brunei as National Coach. Jeff’s Dubai tenure started late 2001 and has transgressed facility and project management. Currently he oversees the management and development of the Sports Academy facilities at Dubai Sports City. As Chairman, Jeff oversees every aspect of the UAE PGA. |

Julian Danby - Chief Executive Julian has been a member of the UK PGA since 1997, and the Club Managers Association of Europe since 2008. Julian has been a stalwart in golf in the UAE for over a decade and currently works with the Dubai Golf group as Commercial Manager. As Chief Executive, Julian is a driving force within the UAE PGA. |

James Bowring - Golf Development Director James turned Professional in 1999 at Rufford Park Golf and Country Club in England and in 2005 settled in Dubai. James holds a number of UAE PGA podium finishes, including the 2008 Championship. James is currently the Director of Golf for the Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah Group. James brings an extremely solid and rounded portfolio of expertise to his UAE PGA role. |

Malcolm Young - Tournaments Director Malcolm’s PGA career started in 1994 and carried him from Scotland to Portugal to Dubai, where he currently holds the position of Senior Golf Professional at the Ian Baker Finch and Niklaus designed Arabian Ranches Golf Club. Supported by Steven Munro and Luke Cantelo, Malcom is an integral member of the UAE PGA’s Tournament Committee. |

Jamie Wood - PDP Director Jamie completed his PGA training at UK's The De Vere Belfry Golf Club, graduating as Titleist Trainee of the Year. Joining the Emirates Golf Club professional team in 2007, he currently holds the position of Senior Golf Professional. Jamie qualified for, and competed in, both the 2009 Abu Dhabi Championship and Dubai Desert Classic European Tour events. Jamie arranges and facilitates the UAE PGA Professional Develop Programme calendar sessions. |

Luke Cantelo - Tournaments On completing his training in 2003 at Killara Golf Club Sydney, Australia, Luke travelled the UK and Portugal playing on the PGA EuroPro Tour before being drawn to Singapore to establish his coaching profession at The Gary Player Golf Academy and Laguna National Country Club. Luke is an active crew-member of Singapore’s ESPN/Star Sports ‘Golf Focus’ programme, covering various tournaments, including The Masters. Currently with Saadiyat Golf Club as Director of Instruction, Luke is the third integral member of the UAE PGA’s Tournament team. |
